Pizzicato Effect is a free music education program for school-aged children in the City of Hume. Hume is a rapidly growing municipality on Melbourne's northern edge and is home to diverse communities, including families who have recently arrived in Australia. For some families, the cost of instrumental music lessons can limit access to music education opportunities. Pizzicato Effect helps address this barrier while supporting children and families in building social connections and community.
